19. Dormant Accounts

CB Malta Corporation will deem an account to be dormant if no activity or transaction has been initiated by the member on a customer's account for eighteen (18) months. (Wagering in pay games and depositing into one's account is deemed as an 'action' or activity)

CB Malta Corporation reserves the right to close such accounts and will remit all unclaimed bank winnings using the last known details of the customer. If the preceding is not possible, we are under the obligation to forward the said balances to the gaming authorities who grant us the operating license.

CB Malta Corporation shall be liable for no claims in the event that the balance of a dormant account is placed with the gaming authorities in these circumstances.
