17. Personal Details

It is the customer's responsibility to keep his/her personal details up-to-date: name, address, valid email, telephone number.

In order to secure the transactions after successful login, customers have a log out button on the left-hand side of the website lobby, to be used once the gaming session is finished.

It is the customer's responsibility to keep all personal information issued for his/her personal use private and secure at all times; the customer is responsible for all gaming transactions effected via his/her account, as long as the proper account number, username and password have been entered by the person doing the gaming transaction.

To amend personal details, customers can click on the 'My Account' button area of the site. As a security precaution, certain details relating to credit/debit card information must be dealt with via contact with support.
