16. Account Balances
Balance: This is your cumulative balance including your cash (consists of deposit and winnings), credits and bonus. When you scroll over this value you get a breakdown of the different balances.
Cash: This balance consists of any money deposited and any game winnings. This balance is always available to the player to be withdrawn (cashed out).
Credits: This balance consists of prizes awarded in the weekend casino tournaments, credits for help ticket resolutions and credits for pre-order games which do not play through. This balance can be used to play casino games and pre-order bingo games. Credits cannot be cashed out and will not be removed when you request a payout.
Bonus: This balance consists of deposit bonuses, chat bonuses, loyalty bonuses, friend referral bonuses, and other incentives. This balance can only be used to play bingo (not casino games), cannot be withdrawn and will be removed upon requesting a payout. Bonuses are property of the website and can be removed at the website.s discretion without advance notice.
Important Note: Account balances will play through in the following order: Deposits will play through first, followed by Winnings, followed by credits and lastly Bonus.

Free Trial Bonus: This balance only applies to players who have not deposited on the website. Free Trial Bonus can only be used in the Free Trial room and cannot be withdrawn. The Free Trial Bonus balance will disappear once an initial deposit is made.
Free Trial Winnings: This balance only applies to players who have not deposited on the website. Anything which is won in the Free Trial room is considered Free Trial Winnings. Free Trial Winnings do not have a cash value, no transfer value to play in the 'real' pay rooms and cannot be withdrawn. The Free Trial Winnings balance will disappear once an initial deposit is made.
